Group Order Rules

β¨ What is a GO?
A GO (Group Order) is a bulk order organized by a GO Manager (thatβs me!). Here's how it works:1. You claim an item, and Iβll add you to the list.
2. A Group Chat (GC) will be created where all key information is reposted.
3. Youβll make the initial payment to cover the cost of the item from the seller to me.
4. Once I receive the items, weβll split the EMS (shipping from the seller to me).
5. Then, I will ship the items from me to you β youβll pay DOM (domestic shipping).
6. A Masterlist will be shared with your details and updated regularly with status changes.
7. Updates will also be posted in the GC.β οΈ Note: I DO NOT USE A PROXY β all items are purchased by claim only.β-.-βπ RULES1. USA only.
2. No back-outs after paying initials. If you must drop your claim, you are responsible for finding a replacement.
β If you are late paying EMS without prior notice, late fees will apply.
β A $1 late fee will be added for every day payment is overdue. After 5 days, your claim will be relisted with no refund.
β If EMS remains unpaid, your claim will not be processed, and you will not be allowed to find a replacement to avoid the charge.
β If you're unable to pay on time, please communicate with me β valid reasons will be considered.
3. I will always provide arrival proof, address confirmation, and shipping proof.
4. Initial payments must be sent immediately when requested. There are always 3 payments: Initial item cost + EMS + DOM.
5. Failure to pay DOM on time will result in your claim being relisted with no refund.
6. Please inform me ASAP if you need an extension β communication is key.
7. Be patient β GOs can take several weeks or even months depending on shipping timelines.
8. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp
I DO NOT ACCEPT: Concealed Cash (CC)
β Only include what I ask for in payment notes.
9. EMS & DOM costs depend on weight. Any claim with 3+ items requires tracked shipping.
10. No time wasters β serious buyers only. Anyone who wastes time will be blocked.
11. I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail once shipped.
12. Shipping may take time β please be patient.
13. If you do not agree with prices or donβt have a valid payment method, do not join.
14. Photocards will be sent in a sleeve and top loader when possible. If not, theyβll be sleeved and placed between cardboard β tracked shipping is required in that case.
15. If a GO is canceled, it is not my fault.
16. If you donβt plan to follow through, do not join.
17. I will tag everyone with updates in the GC β check your notifications.
18. Post on your story once your items arrive!
19. Failure to respond within 3 business days will result in your claim being dropped. I will not DM you individually β it is your responsibility to monitor the GC and keep DMs open.
20. No substitutions β I will not substitute items if something is out of stock unless I notify you beforehand and you approve.
21. No transfers β You cannot transfer your claim to another person without my approval.
22. Disputes β Any disputes or issues must be communicated directly to me first before taking any public actions.
23. Communication etiquette β Please keep all communication respectful and constructive; rude or abusive behavior will lead to removal from the GO.
24. Tracking delays β I am not responsible for tracking system delays or inaccuracies once items leave my possession.
25. Lost packages β In rare cases of lost domestic packages, I will assist in filing claims but cannot guarantee refunds or replacements.
26. Multiple claims β If you claim multiple items, shipping costs and handling times may increase.
27. Order cancellation by seller β If the seller cancels or cancels part of the order, I will inform you ASAP and refund accordingly.
28. Privacy β Your personal details will only be used for the GO and shipping purposes and kept confidential.
29. Payment deadline reminders β You are responsible for monitoring payment deadlines and reminders. Failure to pay on time may result in penalties or removal.
